  1. Early to bed, early to rise.

  1. Take a glass of water, first thing every morning.

 

  1. Take regular bath in the morning and evening.

 

7.Avoid eating too much chocolates.

 

  1. Brush your teeth every morning and evening.

 

  1. Avoid drinking vary cold water.
